These Terms of Service govern your use of the Transport King website and your communications with Transport King LLC about auto transport quotes, scheduling, and services.

Business Identity And SMS Program

Transport King LLC operates this website and SMS program under the Transport King brand. When you opt in, Transport King LLC may send text messages about auto transport quote requests, scheduling, shipment updates, service notifications, and, if separately selected, special offers, discounts, and service updates.

Quote Requests

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided, market conditions, vehicle details, pickup and delivery locations, carrier availability, and service requirements. Final pricing and service terms may change after review and confirmation.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, pickup, delivery, and availability information. Transport King LLC may rely on submitted information when preparing quotes, coordinating carriers, and communicating about transport services.

SMS Terms

By checking an SMS consent box or otherwise providing express SMS consent, you agree to receive the text messages described beside that consent option. Consent choices for marketing and non-marketing messages are separate, optional, and not required to request a quote or purchase services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to any Transport King LLC SMS message. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us for that messaging program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Frequency, Rates, And Carrier Liability

Message frequency varies based on your quote request, scheduling status, shipment activity, customer service needs, and optional marketing subscriptions. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You may not submit false information, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, misuse Transport King LLC communications, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

No Guarantee Of Carrier Availability

Transport availability depends on route, timing, vehicle condition, vehicle type, weather, market demand, and carrier capacity. Transport King LLC will work to coordinate service but does not guarantee carrier acceptance until a booking or order is confirmed.
